Executive Roundtable Opportunity for Senior Sales Executives!

This group will kick off on Friday morning, October 10, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the topic of "Maximizing Your Sales Strategy to Cost Effectively Reach Your Goals." Chip Kudrle is recognized as a thought leader on sales channel strategy development and has worked with IBM, American Express, United HealthCare, Microsoft and many other leading companies over the past 15 years to develop sound sales channels. He will be leading our discussion, which will focus on:

  • The impact of rising travel costs on sales organizations;
  • Different strategies on increasing the overall effectiveness of your sales organization;
  • Knowing which aspects of the selling process to conduct through telecommunication versus face-to-face; and
  • Case studies of companies which have leveraged selling by phone and created inside sales channel strategies to augment or replace their face-to-face selling efforts.
